Nprinting 17 - Create Filter issue

Hi Everyone,

I have created a App with Connection in NPrinting and trying to created few filters on that App.

I encountered a weird issue where i can only create filters for few fields and for the other fields i am unable create.

For example:

In filters when i select field ID and when i try to enter the value for it , it gives all the values and i am able to put the value i want as filter; but when i select other fields Name or accounID etc I am not getting any values, but the production app has the filed values for them.

I am using

Qlik NPrinting November 2018

Version: 18.39.6.0

Please help to solve this issue.

Hi,

When building the Filter do you see the Fully cached notification or do you see a Search button besides the value field? That would determine whether the possible values are presented as you type or not.
