Qlik NPrinting 18-Send report based on Field value

Hello guys,

I need to send a report based on a Qlik View Application table.

This table is as follow (imagine this being a qlik view table in a dashboard):

IDProject Creation Date Responsible Project Value

232 2019/01/10 John 100€

234 2019/01/30 Marry 20€

355 2019/02/03 Batman 1000000€

Basically, I want to send a report to each project responsible with their own project.

How can I link the project Responsible with his correspondent User in Qlik NPrinting and send the report to each User?

And Is it possible to make it work if a Project with a new Responsible is created?

You need to create user level filter. This will filter the date for the user and sent the data to them .

Hello @pradosh_thakur ,

But that option requires that whenever a new Approval/Reponsible is added in my data, I have to manually add the filter to the user. Isn't that right?

Do you know If in the filter I can write an expression like :
Filter Responsible= %%User%%

To say that I want the field Responsible to be equal to the NPrinting User.

Is that a possible solution?
