constant error with message "Message: Error: The PivotTable field name is invalid"

While running NPrinting schedule jobs we constantly get below error. We are running version 16.9. Reports run fine while running it via designer. However schedule is hit and miss where it works sometimes but often fails with below error.

Message: Error: The PivotTable field name is invalid

We have reached out to Qlik Support unfortunately they have not be able to resolve or find any solutions so far.

Share also some details useful to reproduce the issue like screenshots or the report template.

Try this.

1. Refresh your NP 'source connection'

2. Open the the report in the NP designer

3. Open the 'tables' node under the connection field

4. Right click on your pivot table and select 'update'

If the object changes in terms of structure from the source qvw, it must also be updated in the report template.
