Nprinting Report

Hi,

I develelopped a Qlik Sence dashboard on a Qlik Server.

I published my dashboard with Nprinting on-demand features.

The issue is that not everybody is able to export a report. When they click on the "export button", the queue does not appear and the extraction is not launched.

Could you please help me to solve the issue? I don't think that everybody should have the module nprinting on their laptop to connect to a Qlik dashboard stored on a server.

Are all users assigned with the below "On-Demand" option?

On-Demand reports

Create

You can verify the users via the Qlik NPrinting Web Console - Admin - Users - Roles

You can verify the Roles via the Qlik NPrinting Web Console - Admin - Security Roles
