Nprinting Backup Error

Hi All,

We are using Qlik NPrinting November 2017 (Version: 17.6) .

And we are trying to take backup so we can upgrade to the latest version.

We are following the instruction mention on help.

But when we are trying to execute Help Command

Qlik.Nprinting.Manager.exe backup -f C:\NPrintingBackups\NP_Backup.zip -p "C:\Program Files\NPrintingServer\pgsql\bin" --pg-password my db password

I am getting an below Error:

Unhandled Exception: System.MissingMethodException: Method not found: 'Void Qlik
.NPrinting.Common.Utils.NPLog.Debug(System.String, Qlik.NPrinting.Common.Utils.N
PLoggingContext)'.
at Qlik.NPrinting.Manager.Starter.Main(String[] args)

Can any one help me with this to solve. Or Any option to take backup.

Hello,

I noticed no one responded to your post.

Are you in the proper directory? You should be in the following location:

cd C:\Program Files\NPrintingServer\Tools\Manager
