Filter on a User field value

Hi,

i want to create a filter in Advanced search based on the value contained on a field of the User form (for example the "users_department" field); so i can send report to the user filtered on that field value

How can i do?

Apologies, I do not fully understand your requirement.

Let me explain what is possible, based on my assumption that this is what you are looking for.

If your intend is to send to users reports filtered by filter associated with user (user specific filter) you need to create an association user-filter. This can be automated by using API or recipient import task from Excel file or LDAP.
