    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi All,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm not able to edit the template in the nPrinting.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As soon as I clicked on edit template in the reports its starting loading....&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Checked in the error log and found the following error. Kindly help me in resolving the error.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;U&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;"The server instance QlikSensePrintingWebSocketProxy has been stopped!"&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/U&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Did you installed Qlik NPrinting Server or Engine in the same computer of the Qlik Sense Server? If yes, please note it is not supported so move a Server in another computer.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Be sure you followed all installation instructions and requirements listed in the official help site. Be sure that after the installation all Windows services are up and running.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Always specify the version of the software you are using and add full log files.&lt;/P&gt;
