NPRINTING 17 ON Demand Export As settings

Hello,

I was wondering if there is a wat to limit options that end users see when running On-Demand reports. We have Power Points reports, and they look good when running On-Demand and exporting as PPTX, but not when exporting as PDF.

Would like to limit export as option to PPTX only.

Unfortunately there are currently no administrative settings in the NPrinting Web Console to limit which output formats may be used with On Demand reporting.

A feature request has already been submitted for this feature. Unfortunately this is currently not on the R&D road map for implementation in the product at this time.

Yes, you can reach out to your Qlik customer/partner manager and mention it to them as wll. They can add their voice and votes to the internal feature request ID that I shared earlier.

I'm facing the same problem. Is there a work-around to enforce PDF only on the server side?

Unfortunately there is still no way to enforce the use of a specific format with respect to On Demand processing out of the box nor any side workaround.
