Nprinting blank page problem when there is no data from QlikSense

In Nprinting, when data is present in my QlikSense app for a particular level, everything is fine and all the data columns/row show up properly.

However, when there is no data in the QlikSense app for a particular level, then I'm presented a blank page where no columns/rows are showcased.

I want to it where when there is no data from the QlikSense app, the columns/tables still show up, just if no data is available, a '-' is showcased

Any insight is appreciated, thank you!
