    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Frank,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for your input. I did all of your suggestions and unfortunately it did not change anything. The login popup still shows up, and entering any credentials (either from this admin user or another one) does nothing.       <title>NPrinting On-Demand Connection Issue</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have issues getting On-Demand to work in our environment for QlikView.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;NPrinting Feb2019, QlikView Nov2017 (12.2). QlikView Server uses IIS.10, no cluster.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The On-Demand button appears in the Access Point, but when it is clicked, it tries to verify the user. It will not accept any credentials however, and fails to connect.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The user I'm using is an Administrator. It is connected to a NPrinting user, with AD UserID, that user has the NPrinting Administrator role.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The certificate thumbprint used when installing the add-in is the same on both QlikView and NPrinting. QlikView works fine for users, using https. &lt;LI&gt;In the&amp;nbsp;&lt;CODE&gt;Internet Options&lt;/CODE&gt;&amp;nbsp;window select the&amp;nbsp;&lt;CODE&gt;Security&lt;/CODE&gt;&amp;nbsp;tab.&lt;BR /&gt;Click on the&amp;nbsp;&lt;CODE&gt;Trusted Sites&lt;/CODE&gt;&amp;nbsp;icon and then click the&amp;nbsp;&lt;CODE&gt;Sites&lt;/CODE&gt;&amp;nbsp;button.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Ensure that all the Qlik Sense and NPrinting addresses&amp;nbsp;and aliases are added here.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Back in the&amp;nbsp;&lt;CODE&gt;Internet Options-&amp;gt;Security&lt;/CODE&gt;&amp;nbsp;tab click the&amp;nbsp;&lt;CODE&gt;Custom Level&lt;/CODE&gt;&amp;nbsp;button.&lt;BR /&gt;In the&amp;nbsp;&lt;CODE&gt;Settings&lt;/CODE&gt;&amp;nbsp;list ensure that&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;CODE&gt;User Authentication-&amp;gt;Logon&lt;/CODE&gt;&amp;nbsp;is set to&amp;nbsp;&lt;CODE&gt;Automatic logon with current username and password&lt;/CODE&gt;.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;CODE&gt;Miscellaneous-&amp;gt;Web sites in less privileged Web content zones can navigate into this zone&lt;/CODE&gt;&amp;nbsp;is set to&amp;nbsp;&lt;CODE&gt;Enable&lt;/CODE&gt;.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Back in the&amp;nbsp;&lt;CODE&gt;Internet Options&lt;/CODE&gt;&amp;nbsp;window click the&amp;nbsp;&lt;CODE&gt;Advanced&amp;nbsp;&lt;/CODE&gt;tab.&lt;BR /&gt;In the&amp;nbsp;&lt;CODE&gt;Settings&lt;/CODE&gt;&amp;nbsp;list ensure that&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;CODE&gt;Security-&amp;gt;Enable Integrated Windows Authentication&lt;/CODE&gt;&amp;nbsp;is set.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Exit the&amp;nbsp;&lt;CODE&gt;Internet Options&lt;/CODE&gt;&amp;nbsp;window, close all instances of Internet Explorer, and retry.&lt;/LI&gt;

&lt;LI&gt;Also ensure that you are using the blue &lt;STRONG&gt;windows auth&lt;/STRONG&gt; button to log in to NPrinting with &lt;EM&gt;ie: domain\administrator&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;additionally when doing point 2, ensure that the account that you have already logged in to your computer with is the same account that is &lt;EM&gt;associated with/mapped to&lt;/EM&gt; your NPrinting user account (see image below)&lt;/LI&gt;
