NPrinting Report Edit Template

Hello

When I click on the Edit Template button a pop up screen says "You'll need a new app to open this npp"

Look for an app in the Store. And no results found when I click on the Store.

Please advise how do I resolve this issue.

Hi,

Please start by reading the official Qlik NPrinting help site. Qlik NPrinting is an enterprise class software and you must be trained before starting to use it.

You must install the Qlik NPrinting Designer in the computer where you want to edit Qlik NPrinting reports https://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/February2020/Content/NPrinting/DeployingQVNprinting/Installing-qlikview-nprinting-designer.htm. Please note that there are other dependencies, for example, you must install also Microsoft Office if you want to develop Excel, Word or PowerPoint templates.
