QlikSense Object presentation issue in NPrinting Nov'19

Hi Members,

We have installed NPritning (NP) November'19 version along with QlikSense (QS) - April 2019 Patch 1.

We have created connections with QlikSense dashboards. Graphs specifically created for NP in QS are perfectly fine.

Issue :

- When QS graphs are imported in NP (excel/pdf/pixel perfect) report, it shows partial image of the graph.

- Image of the graph does not include X-axis labels and data points of the graph.

Solutions tried:

- adjusting size of graphs in QS, reload the metadata connection and generate NP report again

- Created pixel perfect report also

- Created Qlik objects again in dashboard

None of the above solutions worked.

Any help/suggestion will be highly appreciated.
