Meta Data Scheduled Reloading

Hello experts,

I am learning NPrinting and I would like know more about manual and scheduled meta data connection reloads. When is best to do a manual or scheduled connection meta data reload. When scheduling report distribution is it the best time to do a scheduled connection meta data reload?

Metadata reload is only requires if:

you use QlikView with LOCAL connection
you have done modifications to your source app (added field, changed measure, added variable)

In all other instances you dont need to reload metadata at all. Other than having a schedule there is no difference between automated/triggered metadata reload and manual one.
