You may want to check with support or raise idea on Idea section of community.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can see how complex this can be due to the fact that we not only need to have fully working user authentication with&amp;nbsp; Qlik Sense&amp;nbsp; but also with&amp;nbsp; NPrinting and then seamless authentication between both tools when used with OnDemand.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I believe current OnDemand solution with Qlik Sense is based on API which to best of my knowledge as of now only supports NTLM authentication.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Rumor has it - there may be changes coming, but I cannot confirm anything &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;cheers&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>on-demand report extension authentication options</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The documentation distinctly specifies that Windows NTLM is required for On-Demand extension to work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, not everyone uses Windows Domain Controller. Some have Azure AD, or other directory services like social auth, are there workarounds to this to get the on-demand extension working?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
