Not able to update properties through reverse proxy (HTTPS)

Dear All,

Does anyone came across configuring reverse proxy for Nprinting with HTTPS? Any leads will be helpful.

I have configured reverse proxy (both webconsole and newsstand) for nprinting (Nov 2019 version) with HTTPS. I can access pages but facing very weird issue.

I can create reports/users but once created i am not able to update them.

Also when i edit template, i cannot save them (502 bad gateway) error for put method.

If you have came across any such issues please provide your thoughts.

Hi Guys,

Finally i was able to solve this issue.

It was configuration on reverse proxy side which was set to redirect to authentication module but should not in case of SAML authentication.

I had issue only for modify parameters/edit template but not for create or delete operations.
