Nprinting: 'System.OutOfMemoryException' error

Hi All,

I am facing a prob in NPrinting reports. Nprinting jobs are failing with the error 'System.OutOfMemoryException'.

It is trying to save the report in temp folder and in next line giving error. Using Qlik 11.2 version.

We will need to know detailed NPrinting and QlikView version (which SR)?

Then informations like:

QlikView
- size of application
- high level description of performance of this app
- high level description of performance of the server in general
NPrinting
- type of connection to qlikview (local or server)
- type of template
- type of output file
- information regarding output file (does it have dynamic names, if it does what are those)
- free disk space amount
- expected size of the report

And at the end the most important question - is your software supported at all at the moment or maybe you are already using unsupported versions and you should simply upgrade?

Please find the details:

Qlikview - 11.2

Nprinting - 16.4

type of connection to qlikview (local or server) - Local
type of template - NPX/Excel
type of output file - PixelPerfect
information regarding output file (does it have dynamic names, if it does what are those) - Enabled
free disk space amount - >50GB

Generating >10 reports in single task.
