Embedded HTML Report losing Formatting

My NPrinting HTML table looses formatting when embedded in an email. Any suggestions on how to fix this? Am using Qlik Sense and NPrinting April 2020 versions. Thanks

Hi @Pomna

Without seeing your whole HTML code /template it is hard to say what may be wrong.

Few things to remember:

Only content between <Body> tags is moved to email - you can inspect it once you receive your email from nprinting. Check if you had your styles set in <head> part of html
You are most likely required to use Inline styling for each tag used in html
You must verify if styling used by you is supported by email client (outlook, gmail, Iphone mail, iOS Mail etc...) each of them may/may not support some of the styles you use
Outlook is very buggy in this regard as it seems to use "Ms word engine" to render HTML content

To me this is not NPrinting issue really - it is html formatting for email clients distribution issue.
