Error Object reference not set to an instance of an object after June 2020 Update

We just updated to NPrinting June 2020 SR1, now Power Point reports do not work anymore. Excel reports and pixel perfect reports work without issues.

The error message states: The preview request failed with message: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

I have tried to remove filters and variables from reports already and I have set up simple new reports, the error message always appears.

Has anyone experienced a similar problem?

1. Please provide version of QlikView

2. Did you reload metadata for all your connections?

Thanks @Lech_Miszkiewicz - The QlikView version is November 2017, meta data had been reloaded before. After a complete newstart of the NPrinting server everything was up and running again.
