NPrinting Steps after renaming machine name.

Hi,

By mistakenly IT Person change the machine name where NPrinting Server, Engine and Designer was installed. Now NPrinting in not working. Please let me know the step by step process to make it in working condition as it was earlier.

You can try this options, but i am not sure if it will work.

1. What if you put the machine name back to what it was? If not a long term then at least for a time to see if this would resolve the problem.

If you can change the machine name back to what it was and if NPrinitng will run again properly then i would do a full backup of repository --> uninstall NPrinitng completely-->change the server name to the new one, install NPrinitng again and restore repository.
