Hola, al momento de intentar ver la previsualización de un Excel en Nprinting me aparece lo siguiente, el error surge al utilizar imágenes en el reporte

La solicitud de vista previa falló con el mensaje: El objeto 866dc828-7e2f-4468-9d5d-a403a8da9c0e de la aplicación Sense cfa3cd86-f86-f071-40b7-881f-edc01f2534ff no se pudo procesar. ERROR: Excepción de renderizado CEF. La solicitud de representación de GRPC falló, error: la solicitud con id fb9ed45ac5b34acc8aa7a25784a1dc60 falló con error remoto ErrorMaxJsAttemptsExceededResult

ya que si utilizo otro objeto (Tablas), todo funciona bien.

¿Alguien que haya tenido el mismo erro y pudiese ayudarme a solucionarlo?

Again - in 99% you will not get a response in Spanish - so next time try using English, will you?

Now - I suspect you are running unsupported configuration of NPrinting and Qlik Sense and it is the reason why you get this error.

Can yo uconfirm the exact versions of NPrinitng and Qlik Sense
Do you meet all requirements mentioned in official documentation on https://help.qlik.com
What does connection verification show - do you get all "green" checks?

HI! We are using

Qlik Sense Server June 2020 version 13.82.4,

the version of Qlik Sense Object bundles is 12.82.4

the conneci

Qlik Nprinting Server june 2018 version 18.19.6.0

Qlik Nprinting Engine june 2018,version 18.19.60

the problem arises when using images in the report

the conection verification is fine.

So first thing straight away is that this is NOT SUPPORTED CONFIGURATION!!!!

NPrinitng MUST be on the same or newer version than Qlik Sense. This is also documented here:

It is obvious as NPrinting is dependent on features in Qlik Sense and could not be tested with the versions built in future.

First thing to do is to upgrade NPrinting to supported version which is June or September 2020 (i suggest September 2020)
