How often metadata should be refresh

Hi,

I have an app in my PROD environment which means no development works is going on. Only end users are using the app to see visualized data and export on-demand reports. The app has been deployed at least 7 months ago, and on-demand report was exported successfully since app has been deployed. now suddenly it stopped working and from 3 reports, it happened only on one of them, and with simple meta data connection reload it starts working again. what can be explanation?

No data structure in the app has been changes

2 other on demand reports were working fine

App reload is running 2 times in day automatically.

I would try to look at logs to understand why it did not work or why it suddenly stopped. I cannot think of anything from top of my head.

can you check the logs?

I fixed this issue by setting up metadata reload trigger to reload every second week
