Importing users from excel - alternate email

hi all

I have an excel template to import users for different tasks and reports and all is working well!

but when I add a value in User alternate email 1 column - it is not being imported into the user destinations.

any ideas ?

... so if your column name is "User alternate email 1" then it will not come through...

I suggest you download a template and populate it with data without changing column names...
