NPRINTING APRIL 2018 ERROR Buffer cannot be null

I have Nprinting installed April 2018 and is currently experiencing problems with the images at the time of generating the preview and also reports by task scheduling. I have restarted Nprinting services, restarted server, duplicated objects, created a new application and the failure continues. I repeat only happens with the images the rest works perfectly.

Hi Karen,

Try checking the object grabbed from Qlik Sense, maybe its showing null value while filtering the data based on NPrinting filters.

What you can try is :

1. Get all Filters from NPrinting web console and replicate the same selections into Qlik Sense.

2. Check if the object from Qlik Sense is returning null value based on the selection filtered.

Hello thank you very much for responding so soon. The steps you recommend me and I made them and everything works well. I tried with filters and without filters and the problem is for any image of any application.

Hello,

We identified an additional error LoadAndRenderChart failed img, after searching for it found the solution. We had to update the proxy address of the connection and this worked. Thank you very much for your help.
