New installations of Qlik Sense and NPrinting single node servers. How to get them to communicate to each other?

Hello,

We have performed a single node installation of Qlik Sense and on a different server, single node installation of NPrinting.

We have some dummy apps in Qlik Sense and would like to have the two servers communicate to each other.

What are we missing to enable this? Do we need to export certificates from Qlik Sense and import into NPrinting server?

Hi,

February 2019 is no more supported so I suggest you to upgrade to latest available version.

Yes, you need to install Qlik Sense certificates and create the connections related to the apps you want to use for reporting. It is documented in the official help site at https://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/February2021/Content/NPrinting/GettingStarted/HowCreateConnections/Connect-to-QlikSense-apps.htm

I strongly suggest you to start by studying the official help site. There is a Getting Started tutorial and many videos.
