Hello,

I have a problem when printing graphs in a Powerpoint with NPrinting. I don't know if the problem/solution is with NPrinting or QlikSense, but anyway:

The chart in Powerpoint is showing like this:

As you can see, it is impossible to see the yellow column value in "s.1 - mar" because of the 100% of the blue value.

I'd like to hide all the "100%" and "0%" values to clean the chart and make it more readable, is it possible?

Thank you.

Hi,

From the screenshot it seems a native PowerPoint chart. I this case I suggest you to check the PowerPoint chart options.

If you are adding a Qlik Sense chart as image you have to check its options in the original app.

Best Regards,

Ruggero

Hello and thak you Ruggero,

no it is not a powerpoint chart, it is a multi-line chart in QlikSense and an image in powerpoint.

In QlikSense the size of the char is bigger, so the numbers don't overlap, but once it is taken to powerpoint, where the size is smaller, the result is the one that you can see.

Salutes!

Hi,

Importing the Qlik Sense chart as an image in the PowerPoint templates means that you can control only the options listed by @Lech_Miszkiewicz on the Qlik NPrinting side. You can change other settings on the Qlik Sense side.

Best Regards,

Ruggero

Thak you both for your responses,

your solution is valid to adjust a concrete image, but sinze the graphic is changing over time, there will be more overlaps and it is going to get messy to adjust the size manually to try to make aeverything look fine.

So, is there a way to clear/hide the 100 and 0 values? Or how can I create graphs in Powerpoint from QlikSense tables instead of images?

Hi Morgoz:

2 different questions:

clear 100 and 0 values - when using image that would need to be done and handled in your Qlik App - so not related to NPrinting question.

It would be very easy for 0 values as you can use 3rd parameter in number format like: num( your expression, '##0.00%,-##0.00%,##0%') - the red parameter is used to represent 0 value and can be set to anything

for 100.00% you may need to use conditional (IF statement) to format those values differently.

creating native charts is well documented in help and online - please do your research!!! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dCLBROA6jZs
