Send report only if there are new data

Hello everybody,
I am a Nprinting newbie and I have a problem to solve.

A Qlik Sense app reloads data in a folder every night. The data may be the same as the day before or may have changed. Each record of uploaded files also has a date.

I would like to send an NPrinting report if and only if there is new data.

Any suggestions?

to achieve your requirement you will need to use conditions: https://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/February2021/Content/NPrinting/ReportsDevelopment/Conditions.htm
- you may write logic in Qlik Sense which will set variable to particular value and use condition to compare to this value, or
- pickup max date from your data set and use it as condition vs variable which can return todays date, or
- build your charts in Qlik Sense so they show no data if data is old (logic to be done directly in Qlik Sense) and then option "chart has values" in NPrinitng condition

NPrinting is Enterprise class tool so you should have a training before you start working on production environment or wrong design of environment, reports and solutions may hugely impact environmnet performanace and usability.
