      <title>NPrinting Newstand not reachable</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;we encountered a problem in reaching the Newstand Portal by Browser.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When we type &lt;A href="https://qlik03:4994/" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://qlik03:4994/&lt;/A&gt; the page shows "this page can't be displayed".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;All NPrinting service are running. NPrinting Webconsole is reachable and fully functional.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="screenshot.213.jpg" style="width: 874px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.qlik.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/57037iA0FDD27F632F4F4F/image-size/large?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999" role="button" title="screenshot.213.jpg" alt="screenshot.213.jpg" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We tried to type: &lt;A href="https://qlik03:4994/" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;http://qlik03:4994/&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &lt;A href="https://qlik03:4994/" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://localhost:4994/&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp; and use different browser but without success.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If we check which process is listening on port 4994 (default for Newstand), we find no process! It's a strange behaviour.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="screenshot.212.jpg" style="width: 908px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.qlik.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/57036i6FD8A6B8964F2628/image-size/large?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999" role="button" title="screenshot.212.jpg" alt="screenshot.212.jpg" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How can we restore the functionality of Newstand?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there any log file for Newstand ? Which service runs Newstand?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;NPrinting version installed: 21.0&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Grateful for any suggestion.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.qlik.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/42451"&gt;@dvugopietro&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Was there an upgrade recently?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What changes were done in your environment that may have caused this?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When was this last working?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did you secure the NPrinting Web Console recently with a third party certificate? if yes, then you need to update the .conf file for newsstand as you did for the web console.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;A href="https://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/Content/NPrinting/DeployingQVNprinting/Installing-ssl-certificates.htm" target="_blank"&gt;https://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/Content/NPrinting/DeployingQVNprinting/Installing-ssl-certificates.htm&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can you share the NPrinting Web Engine log here?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi guys,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I found a difference in the path to certificates between app.conf files in \newstandproxy and \webconsoleproxy folders.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I copied the correct path from \webconsoleproxy config file to \newsstandproxy config file, restarted all NPrinting services and NewsStand works fine now.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you all for your suggestions&lt;/P&gt;</description>
