Bottom line is - any extension you have at some stage may stop working with NPrinting so I would suggest avoiding them as much as possible. On top of that extensions are not Qlik supported products so you are on your own when it comes to support.

My recommendation would be to follow those instructions when trying to load images dynamicaly with NPrinting (check PDF).

https://community.qlik.com/t5/Qlik-NPrinting-Documents/Loading-Image-files-stored-in-database-into-a-Qlik-Sense-App/ta-p/1622236

Hello community,

I have an issue when generating a powerpoint report with nPrinting September 2020 version.

We build some objects on our qlik app to show images of best products sold, but when generating the report some of these images aren't fully load, or sometimes not load at all. We try different report quality, on normal quality too we have the issue.

You can see on the example below the first one is partially load, the second one is good and the last one isn't load.

We build our image on Qlik using this extension : https://developer.qlik.com/garden/57652ead89cfbbb4b480513a

Is the extension the issue ? If yes, is there any way to build a dynamic image using Qlik native components ?

Thank you for your help,

Mickael.

Hi,

It could be an extension issue. Refer to https://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/September2020/Content/NPrinting/MultiDocument/Using-Sense-third-party-extensions.htm for the detailed requirements an exstension need to have to be supported in Qlik NPrinting.

Best Regards,

Ruggero
