create a column in you source table which will return values in column (red, yellow...). Then bring that collumn to the detailed report (you may hide it as well so it is not visible on the report but it needs to be present in that detailed report) and based on the value it returns use pixel perfect conditional formats which would be as straight forward as the one mentioned here:
