Single User to trigger multiple location mails

Hi, I have a setup of multiple locations where we send reports to each of these locations, we have configured separate User names for each of these locations.

My ask is, can we have only 1 User name, however, send reports to multiple locations by applying filter condition or with any other way, pls let me know

Typically you do what you just did - create a recipients/users to apply user(in your case location) filters.

I then group all thoses users into a single group (that would be equivalent of your single user you are asking about) and add group as a report recipient.

Since group is used in distribution it takes into account all users who belong to that group and their respective filters.

All what I need to care about is then association User<-> Group
