I suggest you to start from the official online Help Site at https://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/May2021/Content/NPrinting/ExcelReports/Intro-Excel.htm. In the help site there are also many video tutorials.

If you are not familiar with Qlik NPrinting I suggest you to start from the Getting Started https://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/May2021/Content/NPrinting/Introduction/Get-started.htm and study the Excel template development after.
