      <description>&lt;P&gt;1. Well, the error you are showing can be thrown if you dont meet 100% zoom requirement. So first thing is to confirm that you have 100% zoom level set.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Setting it to 100% obviously requires you to log off and log back on as not all settings can be applied.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Once we confirm that you have 100% zoom level configured and you still have issues then we will move on and try another things...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. Make sure your Excel can run, is licensed and is in "Optimize for compatibility" mode&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="Lech_Miszkiewicz_1-1631089681141.png" style="width: 400px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.qlik.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/61551i54F3B7D5F5545614/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="Lech_Miszkiewicz_1-1631089681141.png" alt="Lech_Miszkiewicz_1-1631089681141.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3. On another note - do you have any Add-Ins installed in your Excel? &lt;P&gt;RDP session will take the settings of your desktop computer that you are accessing the remote server with. This mean you would need to update your desktop settings (and all attached monitors) to 100 percent....then reboot your computer and retest.&lt;/P&gt;

Supported versions are listed in&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/May2021/Content/NPrinting/DeployingQVNprinting/System-requirements_designer.htm" target="_blank"&gt;https://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/May2021/Content/NPrinting/DeployingQVNprinting/System-requirements_designer.htm&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can also try to uninstall and reinstall Office.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I used the Designer via RDP many times without issues but we suggest to avoid to use it on the Server to avoid restarts due to the Designer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Best Regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ruggero&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Before looking for any errors within NPrinting or Office and re-installing it again and again makes sure that the mentioned folder/files exists and your user has access to. Further take a look if (all features) of ActiveX are enabled on the machine and for your user.
