User ID in NPrinting Report

Hi ALL,

I have to show the User who sent request or triggered event to generate NPrinting report in the footer of NPrinting Report.

Can this be achieved ? I have tried with OSUser which will not work.

Please suggest and solution

Unfortunately, I personally was not able to find the system function you are looking for.

OSUser will only show the 'Identity' used in the NPrinting connection but not the user that logs into the QS hub and executes a specific On Demand report.

To view the results of whom generated an NPrinting On Demand report at a specific point in time, you may view On Demand report executions while logged on as a user with 'Administrator' NP security role permissions. (In the example below, the same on demand report was executed by 3 different Qlik Sense users)

I have been researching other possible methods to achieve your requirement specifically but have not been successful.

Perhaps others here might have a solution and if not, I would suggest placing an 'idea' / feature request in the Qlik 'ideas' portal

Thanks Frank_S for your suggestion. I am looking for documents or article on how do we get the user details from NPrinting when onDemand request is triggered ? This would suffice the requirement.
