I have question about Nprinting,

1. can we set threshold and auto trigger email when treshold is met?

example: Planned Utilization Hour = 100 hours; when the Utilization is used up to 85 hours, trigger email

Can NPrinting do this?

Hi,

There is not a direct way to trigger the execution of a task in case a threshold is met. You can use conditions https://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/May2021/Content/NPrinting/ReportsDevelopment/Conditions.htm and schedule the publish task at regular intervals. If the condition is met the reports are generated and sent otherwise not.

Another solution could be to use Qlik NPrinting APIs to trigger a publish task from an external software https://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/May2021/APIs/NP+API/index.html?page=57
