NPrinting SSL certificate problem

Hi,

I have a problem with NPrinting certificates.

So, a client uploaded keys with password and it does not work. After we restart web engine we cannot access nprinting console.

Once they uploaded key without pass, everything is working.

For them, it is not an option to have it without pass.

Do you know what would cause the problem?

NPrinting version is May 2021 SR1.

In the link below you can find that statement: "(NPrinting CANNOT have a passphrase on the .key file)"

I guess there is nothing more you can do.
