Hi, we are about to upgrade our Nprinting to a new server. Anybody know where I can find the system requirements and compatibility so I can spec the new server right please?

Hi,

Requirements are listed in the official help site at the page https://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/May2021/Content/NPrinting/DeployingQVNprinting/Planning-your-deployment.htm and subpages.

Also the Performance page https://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/May2021/Content/NPrinting/DeployingQVNprinting/Performance.htm could give you suggestions about the sizing of the new servers.

Before starting to upgrade from a so old version please:

read the upgrading page on the help site https://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/May2021/Content/NPrinting/DeployingQVNprinting/Qlik-NPrinting-upgrades-updates-uninstall.htm
read the upgrade chapter of the version you want to upgrade
create a backup of your installation https://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/May2021/Content/NPrinting/DeployingQVNprinting/Backing-up-Qlik-NPrinting.htm , be sure it is correct and stored in a safe place
if you still have the 17.3 setup files please keep them until your updated version is tested working. A backup can be restored only on the same version used to create it.
