      <title>Webconsole Session always open License activation page</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello Qlik Nprinting Support,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;We install Nprinting in our Windows Server 2019 with Admin Privileges.&amp;nbsp; QlikView Server 12.50 is installed for a long time on the same server.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;We use too the same SSL CA signed certificate for Qlikview Accespoint, Qlik Nprinting Webconsole and Qlik Nprinting NewStand.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Each time we log into the webconsole, browser display the license activation page with a red error 'Nprinting License Service is not responding. Please restart the service'&amp;nbsp; . In our server the Nprinting License Service is started without problem.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Have we something to check into Nprinting configuration files or Windows Server configuration&amp;nbsp; to clear this error ?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;PS :&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The license key is active on Qlik Support Portal and the LEF section of the page display&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;DELAYED_SYNC;YES;2000-01-01;2000-03-31&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;PRODUCTLEVEL;60;;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The first thing that sticks out to me is that Nprinting and QlikView are installed on the same machine. Is this a production or QA environment. This configuration is not supported for a Production environment.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Lucas,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;For the moment this is a Qlikview Production Server and one Nprinting QA Server.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Actually no bottlenecks as we can't deploy Nprinting.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Each time we use the change license option to reactivate our license key we have the message 'Successfully activation' and the red error message 'License Service does not responding ....'&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;We have this message with or without Firewall activation.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;To verify this we stop the service and we execute Qlik.NPrinting.License.exe using Windows Explorer.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;First process execution we have the same error&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;and all other process executions run succesfully.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;We execute too&amp;nbsp;Qlik.NPrinting.License.exe&amp;nbsp; as admnistrator and all the process run succesfully.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Have you some ideas for us ?&lt;/P&gt;
