user history on portal NewsStand

is it possible to save a report history for each user on the NewsStand portal that has the reports for at least one month?

Where could I configure this part?

You could set the option Days to keep to 30.

I have a question if my reports are executed once a day and I want to keep them 60 days possible?

Hi,

There is not a max number of days or reports to keep.

Set Days to keep to 60 and reports to keep to 1 and it should works.

Hi Ruggero,

Can i add new user to my Nprinting tasks to see reports in Newstand along with report history.

Lets say, NPrinting tasks running for past 30 days and Days to Keep also configured as 30, and if i add new user to this task today to see reports in Newstand, Can he/she see past 30 days reports in newstand history?

This is a new question different than the first post and the first post is 4 years old. Please avoid to comment so old conversations because in 4 years the software changed a lot and create a new conversation with a meaningful subject for new questions. This will help other people to find answers in case they have the same issue.

The short answer to your question is no. Reports are generated by users, one destination user one generated report (or more). Also if the report is the same of other users in the same task for each user a copy of the reports is generated because each user could have different filters. So the generation of reports for a specific user starts at the first publish task run after you added that user.
