Hi all,

In Qlikview we have created an on demand progress report, which is based on the progress report tab in the dashboard.

We have created this report in powerpoint and includes a handful of copy of tables with data, one image of a table and around 10 formulas for single fields that need to be loaded.

Only what we see now is that the user still has issues when trying to create an on demand report. Which in most cases is a blank on-demand pop-up sheet and/or a no connection error.

What can be the root cause for this? I have checked the logs a couple of times, but the info there didn't really bring me any further. Can the hourly reload of the dashboard impact it? Because when i test the report on our ACC environment it normally loads better, but there the dashboard is only reloaded manually when needed.

Regards,

Hi,

We have too few information to understand what could be the cause of the issue. First of all, when starting a new conversation on the community please add the correct version label.

Be sure your installation met all the requirements listed in the help site https://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/May2021/Content/NPrinting/On-Demand/Intro-On-Demand.htm. Be also sure that the report has the On-Demand flag enabled in the Web Console.

If those suggestions do not work please add more details like screenshots on the report configurations etc.

Best Regards,

Ruggero
