      <title>NPrinting Engine Down</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Team,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;From last couple of day&amp;nbsp; Qlik NPrinting Engine got down !!&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;First time on 11th Feb 2022 (1:45 PM PM BKK) we found Engine got down and to fix we restarted the all NPrinting services and Engine is back.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Now, today again on 14th Feb 2022 (5:45 PM BKK) got down and again&amp;nbsp; to fix we restarted the all NPrinting services and Engine is back.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;May I request to please help us to understand the root cause.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;On 10th March 2022, we upgraded the Qlik NPrinting version and after that only this issue started occurred.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Previous Version :&lt;BR /&gt;Qlik NPrinting February 2020&lt;BR /&gt;Version: 20.0.2.0&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Current version Upgrade to :&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Qlik NPrinting May 2021 SR2&lt;BR /&gt;Version: 21.14.5.0&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Based on the logs it seems that the Qlik NPrinting Messenger service was down. I would like to suggest to:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;upgrade to May 2021 SR3, and to SR4 when it will become available, because they have some improvements on the messaging service&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;export also the Windows events logs (Application and System) so we can check what happened to the services&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Thanks for the logs. We checked them but the Application log has only a single event.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;So we suggest to first upgrade to May 2021 SR3 that has some improvements and test if this solves. If after the upgrade you still have the issue please open a support case with:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Windows event logs. Please be sure that they are not empty&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Qlik NPrinting log files&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;RabbitMQ log files you can find in the folder&amp;nbsp;C:\ProgramData\NPrinting\RabbitMQ\log&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;details like hardware resources and software configuration&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;steps to reproduce. For example check if the issue appears after starting the creation of a huge report.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
