Is qlik sense nprinting november 2019 version compatible with qlik sense enterprise november 2021?

I am concerned about the second line that says "Qlik NPrinting version must be equal to or higher than your Qlik Sense version". While the first line says nov 2017 or higher.

The following versions Qlik Sense are supported for connection with Qlik NPrinting. Note that your Qlik NPrinting version must be equal to or higher than your Qlik Sense version:

The bottom line here is that NPrinting Nov. 2019 is no longer supported at all and to get into a supported state, you need to be running a version of NPrinting that is no more that two years old.

So that would make it coming up on June 2020 NPrinting as a minimum supported version (though I strongly recommend upgrading directly to May 2021 SR 4 (Or May 2022 IR NPrinting which will become available later this month.)

Now if your Qlik Sense is Nov. 2021 and you are inserting Qlik Sense dasbboard or visualizations into your NPrinting reports, then you version of NPrinting needs to be equal to or greater than your version of Qlik Sense.

Consider that NPrinting May 2021 SR 2, 3 and 4 releases all support Qlik Sense August 2021 up to Feb. 2022 Qlik Sense server. See the following release notes for compatibility information.

Now if you are not using any dasbboard and or visualization bundle objects in your NP reports, you will still need to upgrade as mentioned above (ie: to at least NP June 2020) to meet product support timelines.

Hi,

The meaning of that part of the help site is that both conditions must be verified at the same time:
+ Qlik NPrinting version must be equal to or higher than your Qlik Sense version
AND
+ you must use Qlik Sense November 2017 or higher
So if you are using Qlik NPrinting November 2019 you must have Qlik Sense November 2019 or higher.

To these two conditions it must be added the use of supported software versions otherwise the first response to any request will be: "Start by updating your installation to a supported version. We suggest the latest version available".

At the moment the minimum supported version is Qlik NPrinting June 2020 but I recommend updating to May 2021 SR4.
