If upgrading to June 2018, first upgrade NPrinting Server &amp;amp; Engine(s) before upgrading Designer.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Always run the install "As Administrator".       <title>Issue - Nprinting June 2018 update</title>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hello everyone,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After updating our Nprinting designer from Novermber 2017 to June 2018 the programm stopped working. We received the following error message.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;IMG alt="June2018NprintingError.png" class="jive-image image-1" src="https://community.qlik.com/legacyfs/online/211372_June2018NprintingError.png" style="height: auto;" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does anyone have experience with this and if yes, how did you solve the problem. At the moment we have reinstalled the November 2017 edition but we do like to upgrade.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hopefully you guys can help!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Jasper&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
