    <description>&lt;P&gt;We are trying to spin up a QA site connecting to the same production server (wanted to test the newer version of Nprinting).&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Here are the errors we are getting&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Connection Errors</title>

&lt;P&gt;Before we can suggest anything we need to know which ones you have already tried since those kind of errors are already documented:&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Go through documentation and ensure you have all steps done regarding&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;LI&gt;supported configuration - keep in mind versions of Qlik Sense and NPrinting&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;ports/firewall&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;certificates&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;service account roles and groups&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Once we know what you have tried we will be able to see what else we can suggest&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>My issue was the both the server and engine account were not assigned the role for rootadmin&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
