Error in Nprinting Report Generation

Hi, I am getting the following error while creating automated report thru Nprinting. Can someone help please?

Groups added to the tasks may be disabled, If you need that group to be part of this task please enable it, if not used you can remove the group from the task. if you just disabled it after adding the group to the task. you will get this error.

Many thanks fro helping out. But I didn't add any group. How can I find Group information in the task? or how can I add the group.

Go to Publish Task and open the current task u can find it in the 3rd tab as users/group

Hi @Dheerajagrawal
What you are encountering is likely that your 'Users' group has not been enable.

To resolve this, go to:

NP web console
Admin>Roles
Select the 'Users' role check box as shown in the image below

This should solve the issue.

Hi,

Deleting a Qlik NPrinting entity is irreversible. There is no "Waste bin" from where you can restore deleted items. If, after deleting an entity, you want to reuse it, the only way is to re-create it from scratch. This is the reason why all entities can be disabled by unflagging the Enabled check box: they will be ignored during the reports generation but still present, so available to be enabled again at any time.

When a publish task uses a disabled entity you will get a warning message.
