Im facing a problem with Qlik Nprinting OnDemand button,

when i push ondemand i got the following error

but we follow all the process specified at this article

do you have any idea of what i missing?

@jalcocer1912 are you using IIS as your webserver, what version is Qlikview on? You've indicated that NPrinting is May 2021 SR4 is that correct?

Has OnDemand worked before previously, or this is a new implementation of OnDemand?

If you upgraded to or installed NPrinting May 2022 On Demand on QlikView IIS from May 2021 SR 4, then you 'might' be experiencing an issue that is now resolved.

The help page you shared indicates you may have installed May 2022 NPrinting. So you will need to upgrade to NP May 2022 SR 3 and use the downloadable patch as mentioned in the article above.
