Create CSV Report from Excel Report in Nprinting

Hello All,

Is there any way to create a CSV file from excel report in Nprinting.

I know we already have qlik entity report format to generate a csv file but somehow entity reports are not working in my environment due some issues.

So I need a csv file that needs to be generated from excel report we will choose in report type option or is there any other work around for this ?

Please help me on this.Thanks in advance.
