Nprinting Image Rendering Issue Inconsistent

There are several reports that we generate from Qlikview > NPrinting on a day-to-day basis which have been perfectly running for the last 2 weeks.

The issue is basically the images that are placed in the Nprinting report are blank sometimes and the issue is inconsistent where the same image works fine on the other executions perfectly.

Several fixes have been already tried, creating new views in Qlikview and generating new reports, adjusting the formulas, etc., but the issue seems to be with the product itself

Sources were checked which have no issues and this only happens to the reports with images which made us disable the reporting

FYI: The systems all upgraded to May 2023 versions respectively.

Hi,

According to labels you have used this issue appears as well in Qlik Sense as in QlikView, right? Please confirm - and if it isn;t right then correct labels so they reflect scenario we are discussing here.
Those behaviours are usually due to unsupported configurations:

Please provide details:

what are those images, (charts? tables? text objects? etc..)
are they calculating instantly after applying selection in QlikView?
are they having any unsupported properties (calculation conditions?)
if it is QlikView - are all object minimized as per best practice to allow for best possible object calculation time?
When all selections are cleared is QlikView responsive as it should be?

- In Qlikview yes I have labels adjusted

are they calculating instantly after applying selection in QlikView? Yes the normal processing time 3 or 4 seconds
are they having any unsupported properties (calculation conditions?) - Do you mean calculated dimensions then Yes , expressions with set analysis
if it is QlikView - are all object minimized as per best practice to allow for best possible object calculation time? No it is not minimized
When all selections are cleared is QlikView responsive as it should be? Yes it is responsive

Ok - I guess the best option would be to open support ticket so Qlik is aware of your issue and can action it quicker.
