topic LDAP Import creating Domain account with an underscore rather than a full stop on domain in Qlik NPrinting

I'm importing users via LDAP, however the import has all users domain acount with a underscore instead of a full stop e.g. domain should be COMPANY.COM\USERNAME but its coming out COMPANY_COM\USERNAME

Not sure where it's pulling the underscore from, my LDAP admin in IT says no field in lDAP has the underscore in it, so it must be the import generating the underscore?

Any guidance would be appreciated

Are you using an LDAP that is not Windows AD. It might be some kind of interpretation issue related to the type LDAP platform that you are importing from.

In any case, we'd recommend that you start a Qlik support case so this can be investigated thoroughly.

Kind regards.
