Problem with NPrinting Designer

Hello ,

When i want to open a report in NPrinting (Qlik NPrinting June 2019) i have this problem :

I think the problem that we don't have the same version with NPrinting (NPrinting Designer is September 2018 SR2 )

So i want to download the Qlik NPrinting Designer June 2019 but i didn't found it in Qlik Downloads

Any solution Please ?

Well well well... I am not sure what the actual error is but you are right - first thing to do is always to check supported versions

the solution is to be on the same, supported version
i suggest upgrade your NPrinting to supported version as well as upgrade your designer to the same supported version
if you cannot upgrade your environment just now - then ask Qlik support for link to old version
note that even if you download your 2018 version then it is not guaranteed that it will work as maybe your MsOffice have upgraded and is no longer compatible

Hi,

You must use a supported installation. That means:

- Qlik NPrinting May 2022 or May 2023. June 2019 and September 2018 are not longer supported. Plan an update as soon as possible and read the documentation before starting the upgrading process

- Qlik NPrinting Designer must be at the same version of the server. This is a documented mandatory requirement.
