Excel reports are not getting distributed to Teams Channel

Hi All,

I am trying to generate and distribute excel reports to a teams channel. I am following the steps as per the video available in Qlik help site. But I am not receiving any excel reports to my teams channel, whereas other report types such as PPT, PDF and HTML types are getting delivered.

Any help/suggestion would be helpful.

What was the error message popup. Kindly attach that error message to identify the issue.

Hi Parthiban,

There are no error messages generated. It's just we are not receiving the attached excel reports to the Teams channel.
